Event Marketing Case Study

The SPACConference

The SPAC Conference is one of the leading events in the SPAC and capital markets industry, connecting more than 1,500 investors, executives, and dealmakers annually.

I led the conference's digital marketing ecosystem, overseeing website strategy, email marketing, social campaigns, video production, and attendee communications while managing cross-functional collaboration between developers, marketers, and external partners.

Website Strategy, Design & UX

I designed and built The SPAC Conference website, creating a digital experience that guided attendees from initial event discovery through registration and ticket purchase.

Beyond the website itself, I architected the conference's digital infrastructure, including registration and payment systems, hotel booking integrations, sponsor and speaker experiences, and ongoing platform enhancements in collaboration with developers and event stakeholders.

Video Production

Drawing from footage captured at previous SPAC Conference events, I developed and produced a promotional video designed to showcase the conference experience and value proposition.

From concept through final delivery, I crafted the narrative, wrote and produced the voiceover, edited the footage, and created motion graphics for the final piece.

Impact & Outcomes

By building and managing the conference's digital marketing infrastructure across web, email, social media, and content production, I helped create a more connected attendee experience and scalable promotional strategy.

These efforts resulted in measurable increases in event attendance, website traffic, and audience growth year over year.
